One year ago on July 7, 2020 our critically acclaimed Japanese inspired RPG Emergent Fates was released and I'm celebrating this occasion by lowering the price to $0.99 USD ($1.39 CAD) for 30 days and changing the pricing model permanently. Instead of requiring a single in app purchase (IAP) to unlock the game, players will now just buy the game upfront in the app store and we can both avoid IAPs altogether. If you already downloaded the game for free this past year, you now have the rest of the game unlocked, also for free. Enjoy.
I understand people are skeptical of games with IAPs, due to how they are often exploited via micro transactions. Once the 30 day promotion is up, the game will be available for a one time upfront purchase of $4.99 USD ($6.99 CAD) down from previous $5.99 USD ($8.49 CAD) via an IAP.
Emergent Fates currently sits at 4.2/5 stars on the US App Store, 5/5 stars on the Canadian, and 4.4/5 stars globally (trust me). For anyone that hasn't had a chance to experience the game yet, these next 30 days celebrating the anniversary will be the perfect time.
